Refund & Cancellation Policy (Services)<\/h1>\n

This policy applies to the service packages shown on our store, including (but not limited to):<\/p>\n

    Managed 3-Node Kubernetes Cluster<\/strong> (e.g., AMD EPYC, Cilium, Longhorn, private networking)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    WooCommerce Online Shop<\/strong> packages (Single\/Medium\/Branded\/Chain Business)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    WordPress Website<\/strong> packages (Single\/Medium\/Upmarket Business)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We sell services and managed deployments<\/strong>, not boxed goods. The terms below reflect that reality.<\/p>\n

    1) 30-Day Window<\/h2>\n

    You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      If the Initial Deployment<\/strong> has not<\/strong> happened yet, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your initial payment<\/strong> (see Section 2).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      If the Initial Deployment has already been delivered, see Sections 3\u20134.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n

      Initial Deployment = the first working delivery of the service you purchased.<\/strong>
      Examples:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Managed Kubernetes Cluster:<\/strong> your cluster is created and reachable; we provide the kubeconfig; core components (e.g., Cilium, Longhorn) are installed per package; and admin access details are handed over.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        WordPress Website \/ WooCommerce Shop:<\/strong> a new WordPress is provisioned, admin access is delivered, the selected base theme\/template is installed, and the site loads publicly or on a staging URL; for WooCommerce, the plugin is installed and the base store is initialized.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n

        2) Full Refund When Not Deployed<\/h2>\n

        If we do not complete the Initial Deployment<\/strong> of your purchased service, we will refund 100% of your initial payment<\/strong> upon request.
        This covers all packages listed above.<\/p>\n

        \n

        3) After Initial Deployment<\/h2>\n

        Once the Initial Deployment is delivered:<\/p>\n

        • \n

          One-time setup fees and delivered work are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Managed\/recurring services<\/strong> (e.g., care plans, management retainers) can be canceled at any time<\/strong>; future billing stops.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          If you cancel within the 30-day window before project completion<\/strong>, we may issue a partial refund<\/strong> after deducting:<\/p>\n

          • \n

            Work already performed and delivered,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Any third-party costs<\/strong> we have purchased on your behalf (e.g., cloud compute, domains, premium themes\/plugins, payment gateways, CDN).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            We\u2019re happy to fix defects that are within the agreed scope. If something isn\u2019t working as specified, please tell us\u2014most issues can be resolved quickly.<\/p>\n

            \n

            4) Non-Refundable Costs<\/h2>\n

            The following are not refundable<\/strong> once ordered or delivered:<\/p>\n

              Third-party charges<\/strong> purchased for your project (cloud instances, domains, SSL, paid plugins\/themes, email services, CDNs, SMS gateways, payment-gateway onboarding fees, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Custom development, design, data import, or content work<\/strong> already performed and handed over<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Discounted\/sale promotions<\/strong> once the related work has been delivered<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              \n

              5) How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\n

                6) Refund Method & Timing<\/h2>\n

                Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method<\/strong>. Your bank or payment provider controls posting times.<\/p>\n

                If you believe a refund is late or missing after our confirmation, please:<\/p>\n

                  Check your account again; 2) Contact your card issuer; 3) Contact your bank; then<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  7) Exchanges & Upgrades<\/h2>\n

                  If you\u2019d like to switch packages<\/strong> (e.g., from a WordPress Website to a WooCommerce Shop, or upgrade cluster capacity), contact us. We\u2019ll apply any eligible credits<\/strong> from your existing order toward the new package.<\/p>\n

                  8) Shipping & Returns<\/h2>\n

                  We do not<\/strong> ship physical goods for these services, and no physical returns are required.<\/p>\n
