Refund & Cancellation Policy (Services)

This policy applies to the service packages shown on our store, including (but not limited to):

  • Managed 3-Node Kubernetes Cluster (e.g., AMD EPYC, Cilium, Longhorn, private networking)

  • WooCommerce Online Shop packages (Single/Medium/Branded/Chain Business)

  • WordPress Website packages (Single/Medium/Upmarket Business)

We sell services and managed deployments, not boxed goods. The terms below reflect that reality.


1) 30-Day Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • If the Initial Deployment has not happened yet, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your initial payment (see Section 2).

  • If the Initial Deployment has already been delivered, see Sections 3–4.

Initial Deployment = the first working delivery of the service you purchased.
Examples:

  • Managed Kubernetes Cluster: your cluster is created and reachable; we provide the kubeconfig; core components (e.g., Cilium, Longhorn) are installed per package; and admin access details are handed over.

  • WordPress Website / WooCommerce Shop: a new WordPress is provisioned, admin access is delivered, the selected base theme/template is installed, and the site loads publicly or on a staging URL; for WooCommerce, the plugin is installed and the base store is initialized.


2) Full Refund When Not Deployed

If we do not complete the Initial Deployment of your purchased service, we will refund 100% of your initial payment upon request.
This covers all packages listed above.


3) After Initial Deployment

Once the Initial Deployment is delivered:

  • One-time setup fees and delivered work are non-refundable.

  • Managed/recurring services (e.g., care plans, management retainers) can be canceled at any time; future billing stops.

  • If you cancel within the 30-day window before project completion, we may issue a partial refund after deducting:

    • Work already performed and delivered,

    • Any third-party costs we have purchased on your behalf (e.g., cloud compute, domains, premium themes/plugins, payment gateways, CDN).

We’re happy to fix defects that are within the agreed scope. If something isn’t working as specified, please tell us—most issues can be resolved quickly.


4) Non-Refundable Costs

The following are not refundable once ordered or delivered:

  • Third-party charges purchased for your project (cloud instances, domains, SSL, paid plugins/themes, email services, CDNs, SMS gateways, payment-gateway onboarding fees, etc.)

  • Custom development, design, data import, or content work already performed and handed over

  • Discounted/sale promotions once the related work has been delivered


5) How to Request a Refund

Email us with:

  1. Order number

  2. Service/package purchased

  3. Project URL (or cluster name)

  4. Your request (full or partial refund) and reason

We’ll confirm receipt and review your request against this policy.


6) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls posting times.

If you believe a refund is late or missing after our confirmation, please:

  1. Check your account again; 2) Contact your card issuer; 3) Contact your bank; then

  2. Reach us at hello@powerserver.id with your order number so we can re-verify.


7) Exchanges & Upgrades

If you’d like to switch packages (e.g., from a WordPress Website to a WooCommerce Shop, or upgrade cluster capacity), contact us. We’ll apply any eligible credits from your existing order toward the new package.


8) Shipping & Returns

We do not ship physical goods for these services, and no physical returns are required.
